Leaders' Summit 2026 | Transformed & Transforming: Pursuing Wholehearted Leadership
What does it look like to lead from a whole heart in a world that constantly pulls us in a hundred different directions?
At Harbor Network's 2026 Leaders' Summit in Fort Myers, Florida, pastors, church planters, spouses, and ministry leaders gathered around a shared longing: to be transformed by Jesus as we participate in his transforming work in the world.
Through biblical teaching, honest conversations, and practical encouragement, we explored what it means to pursue wholehearted leadership—rooted in Christ, renewed by grace, and sustained through friendship and shared mission.
Whether you joined us in person or are listening for the first time, our prayer is that these sessions will encourage your soul, strengthen your leadership, and remind you that the work God is doing in you matters just as much as the work he is doing through you.

Friendship is not a luxury. It's a necessity. Jesus demonstrated the transformative nature of being deeply loved by someone who is simply choosing you. There’s no greater love.
Could it be that friendship is far more important and far more wonderful than many have ever imagined?
We think so. Join leaders from across the country and let’s seek to understand, cultivate, and harness the incredible power of friendships for the glory of God and the good of our churches.
