The hardest part isn't the grading, or the lesson planning, or even the early wake up calls... it is so much more than that. It is depression, anxiety, and well pure burn out... there is a breaking point most teachers hit where they simply cant get themselves back into the classroom for one more day. So they quit. But why? why is it so hard... what makes it harder than anything else?
