Hardships are a part of life. grow. Without pain, we aren't motivated to grow. We don't always have a choice about some struggles that enter our lives, but sometimes we do because our choices have consequences. When we look for what we can learn from our pain, we can free ourselves from it. We aren't victims of life and we can choose to be thankful for both good and bad things because it's proven to be your best chance for living a more confident and satisfying existence. Ask yourself what can grow to benefit myself and others? If you can't seem to see what that is, just know that things happen for all kinds of reasons and choose to be grateful for how it will benefit someone eventually. History has shown continuously how extremely painful hardships breed something better. The trick is to look beyond yourself and see the possibilities for great things coming as a result of the crisis at hand. Writing down your thoughts in a journal is a great way to keep track of your growth. Life's lessons are worth recording because your life matters in this vast world where we are all connected energetically.
