She now leads Dunson Insights, her consultancy helping organizations diagnose and build belonging through training and culture work. She is a SHRM-SCP and current Board Chair of Florida Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Earlier this year, she took the stage at TEDxLakeShoreDrive in Chicago.
