Spiritual practice is an honor and a privilege. We are privileged to know about and have found a spiritual practice, adding light and coherence to our own lives and making an energy contribution to the world around us. We do this by adding higher frequencies such as Harmony to our own consciousness. By becoming harmonious, adding this powerful frequency to our own being, we begin to make it available to others, either by our own intention to be of service or by simply by being in high degrees of harmony as we move through our lives. In this episode we learn to recognize inner harmony with our subtle senses and amplify it with our attention and focus. This powerful inner activism adds harmony to the world through our combined efforts.
