Ray Cotolo hosts a discussion of the Sun Stakes Saturday card at Pocono Downs this Saturday (Aug. 16). They focus on the four graded stakes events at the end of the card; the 2025 James Lynch Memorial, the 2025 Delmonica Hanover, the 2025 Max Hempt Memorial and the 2025 Earl Beal Jr. Memorial - all of which feature marquee matchups for the harness racing season.

The James Lynch will pin Canadian Horse of the Year Chantilly against U.S. divisional champion Miki And Minnie in the 10th race on the card. Yo Tillie, the notable absent from the 2025 Hambletonian Oaks, faces off against Oaks champ Conversano in the Delmonica Hanover in Race 11. Prince Hal Hanover, the 2025 Adios and Carl Milstein winner, will try to fend off rivals Swingtown, 2025 Messenger Pace winner Twisted Destiny and 2025 Cane Pace winner Captain Optimistic in the Max Hempt Memorial in Race 12. And the Earl Beal Jr. Memorial gathers five who competed in the 2025 Hambletonian - Gap Kronos S, Hambletonian runner-up Super Chapter, 2025 Goodtimes Trot winner Emoticon Legacy, Greenma and Meshuggah.
