This episode follows on from last week, where I talked about how hard it can be for us to start a task or finish a task.
This week I am exploring more about how much I need to see the big picture, see what the end picture will look like.
It started when I was in a business meeting, and I realised I was asking questions and asking more questions trying to get all the details I needed.
I share that I realise I often ask lots of questions, or will ask for lots of details - the purpose behind this is we need to see the end result, or the bigger picture.
We can then use this to motivate us - Instead of getting overwhelmed by where to start, I thought about what it would look and feel like when (the boxes) a task was finished.
This is tapping into the way our mind works and understanding why we need details or need to ask questions.
Being aware of how your mind works, is the way to stop dyslexia being a negative in your life.
