This episode is a professional development workshop that I delivered for Skagit Valley College. I provide practical strategies to recognize and elevate the strengths and lived experiences of every student, especially first-generation and nontraditional students.

Through discussions on unconsious assumptions, asset-based leadership, and inclusive support practices, participants learned how to foster a culture of possibility on campus.
