• Improving the Hiring Process: We need more job interview realism from both sides. Both candidates and companies must be brutally honest about culture, capabilities, and expectations. Candidates need to network, research, and ask pointed questions to avoid mismatches. Outdated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools, poor job descriptions, and ghosting are still prevalent. Human-centered hiring, portfolios, and better use of social media platforms can improve outcomes. Cultural fit is as important as technical skills in hiring.
• The Value of Data: Data is now a critical business asset. It is used to personalize experiences, optimize decisions, and generate new revenue. Real-time access and data driven insights are now longer luxuries, but rather expectations. Companies that use data efficiently will have a competitive advantage.
• Privacy versus Ease of Use & Personalization: Consumers enjoy personalized experiences, but must balance that with data privacy concerns. Education and responsibility are needed t overcome fear.
