Until a few months ago, Mike had been a Tenant brewer for 6+ years and has finally realized his dream of opening a wonderful brewery in the South Shore of Massachusetts, Middleborough to be exact. We discuss his journey, transforming a garage into a beautiful brewery with his father and their 4 hands, his brewing philosophy, the challenges of 2-2-1, and the importance of quality ingredients.
