“I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and am a Registered Psychologist who has been meeting with clients for 7 years. I am a 1.5 generation Indian-American psychologist who strives to actively support clients working through complex identity development (bicultural, LGBTQ+) and nontraditional couples' experiences (arranged and interracial partnership, poly/kink community, and LGBTQ+ folks). I am also the Diversity Chair for the Los Angeles County Psychological Association where my goal is to broaden our notion of diversity to be even more inclusive and make room for the unique stories and experiences among us as clinicians and from our clients and in the world. Personally, I practice self-care by obsessively keeping up on indie and mainstream film, traveling, and cooking and eating international foods.”
