The noir thriller continues in part two of Sleep of Angels. Private Eye Harriet Holmes and her assistant Otis keep tabs on Congressman Jack Vindle, a charismatic politician with a seemingly unimpeachable character, which causes Holmes to wonder about the motives of her client, the wealthy Muffy Danvers.
