Words With Oz

Harriet Walker : WWO Podcast - Episode 4

Listen Later

When it comes to dietetics, nutrition and health - Harriet Walker knows her shit. Harriet is an Accredited Practicing Dietician, someone who practices what she preaches and is a Strong Woman Competitor.

This week Oz asks Harriet all about eating for performance, common mistakes, her current research into collagen and, of course, her most ambitious dream.

Oz' essay question for Harriet was:

When people hear the word "healthy" specifically in the world of diets, the first word their mind associates with being healthy is 'skinny'. Worse more, people associate diets with this belief that there needs to be a drastic change, one that's all too often unsustainable.

As a dietician, this is your jam and you know more than most; when it comes to diets and dieting... what is the healthiest way to be more healthy?

Harriet is an inspiration and she is getting things done. This is a great podcast for anyone with a few lingering questions about food, intake and being more balanced.
