Harry and Birgit chant the kirtan “Ramachandra” at a Saturday evening Satsang in Bad Meinberg. Rama combines sun and moon and stands for the unity of the polarities. Chandra means moon. Chandra meint Mond. Rama steht dafür Sonne und Mond in sich zu vereinen und dadurch für die Einheit der Polaritäten. Bei Yoga Vidya ist es üblich zweimal am Tag im Satsang Mantras zu singen.
