I'm Mary Regalado, and here are the top headlines from the Hartford Courant for Monday, July 1st. First: The 75th anniversary of the Hartford circus fire is Saturday. The blaze killed 168 people in 1944 and injured hundreds more. The fire is still considered one of the nation’s worst mass casualty disasters.
