Claudine Gay, the now former president of Harvard University, resigned yesterday after weeks of pressure. Her now famous testimony on Capitol Hill where she refused to acknowledge that antisemitism is against the code of conduct at Harvard was not enough. It would seem that Plagiarism, a loss of funding and employers not recruiting from Harvard forced Harvard’s hand. However, instead of Gay taking responsibility for her lack of actions and failures, she did what so many before her did, accuse people of racially targeting her.
