Has a fitness influencer ever made you feel bad, or like there's no possible way you can achieve your goals because they are doing so much? I use to think in order to influence someone I had to be perfect! I had to do more than others and be "better" than others. THIS ISN'T TRUE!
If anything, I want to remind you that I'm someone who struggled to start working out and eating well. I want you to know that fitness didn't come easy to me. I didn't enjoy working out and I sure as heck didn't know how and what to eat.
So, if someone like me can make a change, you can too!
