Undoubtedly, the number of changes enforced on landlords and property managers has made the job very challenging. Considering that high inflation, rising interest rates, compliance and consumer demands have increased expeditiously, we ask the questions as to whether property management has ever been more challenging. Yet to counter this argument, we now have proptech solutions that have streamlined and automated much of what we do. So, we ask the question, has property management ever been more challenging?
