Hasbro is getting into the live entertainment game. Their first move: “Monopoly the Musical,” targeted for Broadway and the first of a series of stage projects to be announced out of a new partnership between Hasbro and the Araca Group, the Broadway producing and merchandising company. Following the success of 'Real Steel' (which WASN'T a Hasbro movie, but... c'mon, it was totally a Hasbro movie) and the public's weird enthusiasm for a Hungry Hungry Hippos film, Hasbro announces their next venture will be a Monopoly musical. We go in on the ridiculousness and ask the important questions -- like what IS the Monopoly guy's name, anyway?
