On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles welcomes Hasina Brinson. Hasina is a domestic violence survivor and a single mom. Her experience includes living with and loving someone battling addiction.  After successfully and permanently leaving a toxic and abusive relationship, she was able to focus on following her dreams, caring for her children, and living a healthy and peaceful life. 

One of her dreams was to continue her education, and she recently completed coursework to attain a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Hasina is a mother of children with developmental challenges. She has first-hand experience with being an advocate for her children. She would like to inspire parents to educate themselves about their rights as parents, and about the needs of their children. She often says that a perfect world would be one where there is more acceptance of the needs of children and more access to education and information for the general public. Hasina is currently working on her first series of books, with the intent to inspire other parents, and survivors to follow their dreams and pursue their goals despite life’s challenges.
