In a world full of social turmoil and injustice, we are faced with so many opposing opinions and so many different voices. Through injustice comes inequality, and through inequality comes anger and pain. Anger and pain are valid; however, they are not an excuse to ridicule, to hate, or to oppress others in return. In this episode, I discuss various ways to eliminate hate from your life and to replace it with forgiveness. To forgive is to be free. We can continue to blame the world and people for our problems. Or, we can learn to let go, forgive, accept, and walk this world together. This world needs more forgiveness; this world needs more compassion. If you're having trouble finding the strength to forgive and to rid yourself of your anger and pain, then this episode is for you. So sit back, relax, and enjoy. Happy Listening.
