We had such a fun time at HAuNTcon but one of the questions we got repeatedly surprised us. So many people wanted to know how we queue or time our actors. We never really put too much thought into how we do it but, as we talked about it, we realized that we had been through hell and back on the issue and now, 15 years later, it was coming pretty easy to us.
