Egon & Mathilda are WWII survivors. These twins were separated from their parents at a Düsseldorf station, while the Nazis were transporting Jews to camps. They were mistaken because their blond hair was covered in sheets. They refused to speak out of fear, and later Nazis noticed they only spoke German, they were released at a station in Frankfurt to fend for themselves.
