Did you ever think ear-piercing sounds could be zapped into your brain by an intelligence operative from another country in order to stop peace negotiations? Me neither! But apparently that's one of the theories surrounding the insane auditory phenomenon known as Havana Syndrome. #havanasyndrome is known to cause vertigo, nausea and sometimes even neurological issues and it's only really been known to target #government officials.
