In this chapter, we meet the main character, Evelyn L. Schafer. Who is not having a great day. She's a little abrasive and somewhat demanding, but she has a right to be... at least in her mind, she does. We are also introduced to another character, Davis Murdawe. You'll have to make your own decision about his personality. Lastly, Ella reveals a little of the conflict and how Evelyn has been impacted by it.
