Capitalism has profoundly changed the moral codes of Christians so that what the New Testament saw as a set of sins, is now embraced as virtues. Church is essential to minimize the damage Christians can inflict on the social and economic order. Christianity, as a ritual not a life means that the social and political order transforms the moral character of Christians more decisively that Jesus.
