Bio:
Prior to starting Impact Leadership Consulting LLC, David spent over 30 years in the insurance and employee benefits industry as a general agent, broker/consultant, and wellness compliance expert.
He has been part of several entrepreneurial endeavors including Bravo Wellness LLC where he was Vice President Business Development. Bravo went from startup to first round funding in 5 years and he was instrumental in driving their explosive sales growth.
David formed his company in 2015 and is a certified John Maxwell Team executive coach and High Performing Culture consultant. Bravo Wellness LLC was his first corporate client.
He helps leaders adopt thought habits that empower them to achieve higher-reaching Strategic Visions, accelerate business growth and promote cultures of successful people while generating more time to meaningfully pursue personal values.
He has trained leaders around the world including within foreign governments, business and medical leaders in Paraguay and has shared the stage with John C. Maxwell while in South America. He has been married for 29 years and a father of five children living in the Pittsburgh region. David is a “recovering triathlete” and loves an active and healthy lifestyle.
