Tonight’s episode were my thoughts on how the world is ever changing but mainly in regards to people being replaced by machines for things like customer service. You have self-service check out at restaurants, grocery stores, etc. the way it’s looking within the next 20 yrs or so everything will self service and there will be no need for customer service representatives.
