Have you ever been mad at God? Like actually mad. The kind of mad you'd never say out loud at church.

In this episode, Rachel is in the middle of a hard season. Anxiety that she can't escape. Going to bed early just to get away from it. Waking up with a pit in her stomach. It's a tough feeling you've probably experienced.

She and Kimberly get into the tension of feeling like God is speaking to you while your reality looks nothing like what He said. The spiral of wondering if your kids are going to inherit whatever you're struggling with. And the shame a lot of Christian women carry for even feeling frustrated with God in the first place.

They talk about the lie that if you don't have peace, you must not be in God's will. And why that's not actually what Scripture shows us. Paul didn't have perfect peace. Jesus sweat blood in the garden. Peace and obedience aren't always the same thing.

Rachel shares something she heard a few months ago that stopped her in her tracks. "In order to trust God, you have to disagree with Him. Because if you agree with how He's doing it, it doesn't require trust."

Read that one twice.

They also get into what it looks like to shut down on God instead of being honest with Him. Why a lot of us grew up believing we can't be mad at Him. How our attachment styles might actually shape the way we relate to God. And what it means to train your heart day in and day out so that when the hard moments come, your first response isn't panic. It's praise.

Not because you feel like it. Because you've practiced.

This episode is for the woman who loves Jesus but is tired. Who believes God is good but doesn't feel it right now. Who has been carrying anxiety, frustration, or disappointment and doesn't know where to put it.

You're not a bad Christian for feeling this. You're human. And God can handle it.
