On this week's show, we are chatting about the craziest laws in the US and primarily in our home state of Florida.  All of the craziest law-breaking stories come from Florida so it only makes sense for us to uncover the wacky laws.  Just remember there is a law because someone attempting or did it once.  We hope you enjoy the show!

 This week Tricia and Kim are discussing crazy laws in the US. Have you ever broken one of these laws?

Who knew there were so many laws that involve elephants?  You can’t tie your elephant up to a parking meter.  This along with many other laws are archaic yet still sit on the books.

 Did you know?

In Alaska, you cannot get drunk and remain in a bar.  

In Alabama, it is illegal to drive blindfolded.

In Arizona, it is illegal for a donkey to sleep in a bathtub.

In Connecticut, you can’t sell a term paper or essay.

Being from Florida we found a few:

  • It is unlawful to throw a dwarf where liquor is sold.
  • Parking fines for elephants - Any elephant tied to a parking meter is illegal in Sarasota.
  • A woman can get a ticket for falling asleep under a hairdryer.
  • No farting in public after 6pm.
  • A man can’t be seen in public in any kind of strapless gown.
  • It is illegal to skateboard without a license.
