Have you ever wanted to make a routine, but you didn’t know where to start?!

Maybe you can relate to this, but I was always so jealous of the people who had solid routines, whether that be a morning or night routine, workout routine, you name it. I was annoyed because I felt like I had a hard time sticking with it and I never really liked it…

Until I started experimenting with different things in the morning, and starting one thing at a time.. then I realized that it wasn’t all that impossible. You see, the story I was telling myself here was that I had tried a routine over and over again and it didn’t work, which meant it would never work out for me? Have you ever found yourself in that position? If so, I want to be here to tell you that you CAN re-write that story..

You just need to start small when it comes to routine and try not to implement a million things at once. I also did a little research for you and between the research and my personal experience here are 5 tips and tricks that you can implement to start any kind of routine that you have been looking to start.

#1:Create and brainstorm a list of things that you would like to have in your routine!

#2:Start small and make small goals! 

#3:One by one add more habits onto your routine!

#4: Have accountability oy find an accountability partner!

#5: Reward yourself and have fun with it! 

These worked for me and I thought that I would NEVER be able to have a morning routine that I loved… remember never to say never, because most likely it is just another story that you are telling yourself that needs to be flipped around.
