 Pour yourself a cup of tea, get comfy and let’s talk about what you need to know when you reach the healing and affirmation stage when working through the unique grieving process after narcissistic abuse.

You’ll know you’re moving into this stage when the novelty of  the narc being gone has worn off and you’re beyond seeing yourself as offended and victimized.

When you’re ready - hungry even to feel light-hearted and free, and realize it’s time to work on you, then you’ve entered the healing and affirmation stage.

This stage takes energy and a willingness to self-examine, but it’s also a stage of discovery and delight.  

On the other side of this stage is freedom and light-heartedness, a new sense of self, and a calm, confident strength.
