Namaste! In this episode, you are invited into a live transmission as it pours out of me from the yoga mat as I awaken to the feeling of death within me and smile. I smile knowing the trust and truth I hold in death and in my connection with God, my Source within as I identify. Death leads me through portals of transformation. The gratitude for this feeling of death is unlike any other in my journey because it so deeply, richly connects me to my Divine Union with God, with Love. The power of pure connection is truth of feeling and experiencing life through my body. The Self I identified with died, the Self that was little, that didn't want to go to God, couldn't understand God just fought so hard to stay separated with the feeing of knowing within me at the same time. The last safety check of my old identity to make sure I was choosing truth. I was able to meet her with love and hold her and validate her feelings which I had never done before because I was in such frustration always feeling her come up, doing everything to heal her when in truth she was never meant to be healed but felt in her truth and held. I found pause on my yoga mat to give thanks to the true self of me that led me to this moment. The awareness that that version of me had been leading me all long I just couldn't see it.
