For the most part when someone comes to us with a situation they are experiencing, we are prompt to offer our help and unconditional support. We make any changes to the plan, the unplanned and anything, in order to be of full support to someone else, which can be a loved one, a friend, a coworker, pretty much anybody.

Sit with these questions: How do you treat yourself after a setback? What words of encouragement are you using with yourself? How much attention do you pay to yourself on a daily basis?
