Evelyn, is the Ann Perkins to Estrellita's, Leslie Knope! And she is having a cafecito with Estrellita this week! They reminince on their undergrad days at UC Santa Barbara and how they've grown from their toughest challenges as First Gen Students. Evelyn also shares that the transition to a 9-5 job, a WEEK after graduation had it's challenges. However, with her "I'll figure it out" mindset, she was able to build on her growth mindset, with her career in the legal field! Which has lead her on the path to prepare for law school and so much more!
