In this episode I speak some honesty about how I am currently feeling and how I combat my anxiety when I recognize it. Being mindful of how we are feeling is so important and if we are feeling low, distracted and anxious, it is important to be able to find balance quickly if possible. This is when mindfulness comes into play.
