Having a Teachable Heart

Scripture of the day from:

John 14:25-26 (NIV) ~ "All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."

Today, we’re focusing on the importance of having a teachable heart. Our key scripture comes from John 14, where Jesus speaks of the Holy Spirit as our teacher and guide.

Our scripture of the day reminds us of the Holy Spirit's vital role in teaching and guiding us. Having a teachable heart means being open and receptive to the lessons God wants to impart through His Spirit. By cultivating humility, seeking God’s wisdom, and being open to change, we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into deeper understanding and growth in our faith.
