  • Take a risk

At some point in your life, you have to just stop playing it safe. Keep on going hard and hard on the stuff you really want in this life thing. As a young man/woman in his/her 20s, go for it!!!!!!

  • Be Kind [Being Kind saves lives]

In this episode, I actually explain why I believe all of us should be kind. I am very aware of the fact that being kind is not easy but I believe Kindness is the answer to almost everything as it is a group of actions that may teach another person love, compassion and forgiveness. It never makes you seem stupid when you are kind because you are actually just a conscious person who is considerate of other people's feelings. As a result, it is such an honour for me to offer this teaching to everyone listening to this episode. I appreciate your love and support since from day one and I hope that you are well wherever you are.  Please like, comment and share; and click on that notification bell.

  • Stop Seeking for Validation from other people!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly, I want to tell you that you are enough and you do not need anyone to tell you that you are enough.

*Stop waiting for people to come and tell you are enough. Do it yourself.

*Use the power of the tongue to improve yourself. The tongue can speak life and death upon one's life - use yours wisely. Practice self validation every single day.

*I am not saying become arrogant but do it for your self-esteem and self-confidence.

*If you know that you are a great person, you should never need someone to tell you that you are a good person or not. Yes, sometimes you will get out of your way and make your own mistakes and that is absolutely okay. Keep on forgiving yourself for those silly mistakes. Learn from them and keep on being the good person that you.

*Relying on other people for validation is like literally crippling yourself on purpose hoping that the person you are leaning against when you are weak will forever be there when you need them for support. Stop fooling yourself.
