I've been hosting events for years.  

At the time of this recording, I just wrapped up hosting Million Dollar Mastermind. 

There were 1200 souls in the room and I emceed the whole event with my wife Amy. 

I spoke, too. 

I was hoarse for days after. 

We had influencers, musicians, serial entrepreneurs, and billionaires in the room like: 

Bobby and Sofia Castro

Mike Rowe of "Dirty Jobs" fame 

Master P

Fat Joe 

Flex Lewis.......

The list goes on. 

One thing I consistently hear from people like them is how awesome my staff is. 

They're not the same as other staff running events. 

They pay attention. 

Are engaged. 

Keep guests plugged in and keep the show flowing. 

If there's an issue, they solve problems quickly. 

Always respectful. 

And they never make excuses. 

If you want to know what it takes to have a team like mine, you gotta start by becoming whom you want working for you. 

Establish core values. 

Be fair, but make it mandatory that they stay in alignment with those core values. 

If they don't fit, ask them to leave. 

When you're on the journey to becoming an elite squad, everyone has to be elite. 

The core values are the foundation of this. 

Follow those as a team and you can't lose.
