Today’s topic is me dropping some serious tough love in a healthy communicative way because this is the healthy connections podcast, so hold on because I am about to lay it down in a kind manner of course :) 

There seems to be this belief that you have to GIVE UP unhealthy food forever and ever amen in order to have health. OR even when a doctor is going to put you on medication for high cholesterol or diabetes you’re still not willing to GIVE UP these things. That’s fine. 

Today, I‘m going to give you tools for behavior change around food. Not everyone is going to have the same outcome goals, but there are important steps to building positive steps with food and to embrace making personally changes with nutrition that empower you. 

Maybe you’ve had big weight loss goals and you’ve changed some eating habits and you’re exercising, but you’re having such a hard time breaking up with the peanut M&Ms at night or the Cape Cod potato chips…btw they’re the best! Like 3 ingredients (as it should be), but I digress! Listen I like my potato chips too, but not every single day because it doesn’t align with my health goals. 

So, maybe that’s you…you have the goals but you can’t seem to shake the late night snacking or the glass of wine every night to wind down… I’m going to help you take those steps to have a healthy connection with food and yes, even the treats!...
