Do you realize you have ‘agency’? I’m not talking about the use of the word in a marketing sense, but in a sociological sense. I know, I know, I won’t get too fancy, but each one of us has “agency” over our actions. That is, the FREE WILL to act independently according to our own choices and decisions. 

Today I’m getting into how each one of us can use that power to lean into our “Connection Agency” and what might just happen if we do.
