Have you ever said to yourself, "Why am I not learning patience quickly enough!?" It's hard to be gentle with ourselves. We're often our harshest critic. But we don't have to do that to ourselves. God is all about giving us room to grow, to practice patience. After all, if God just granted our prayers as soon as we prayed them, we wouldn't need patience.
