It’s a beautiful day to love yourself!

Meet Jenna and Ellen, the hosts of the She’s My Person podcast.

These two have been friends for half of their lives – which, these days, is quite an accomplishment.

 

What does it mean to have a “person”?

Perhaps Instagram would lead you to believe that your person is a spouse – but that’s not always the case.

Take the explanation from Christina Yang:  “If I murdered someone, she’s the person I’d call to help me drag the corpse across the living room floor. She’s my person.”

If you’re not into that, then simply calling it your “ride or die” will suffice.

Or – take a definition from our guests: “I believe in soulmates, and I trust in the magic they hold, because I found one in a friend before a lover.”

This is an episode for anyone who already has their person – or for anyone who has yet to find their person.
