Recently, a brother-in-law came to visit and brought a trunk full of power tools. In the course of a weekend, we knocked out a number of projects that have been hanging over our heads for the past year. 

This seemed like a really rich image for so many challenges that face us in life-- we have some idea of what needs to be done, but until we have the tools, and have seen them used, and even asked for help, the challenges facing us end up ignored and put on the back burner, and we get by without addressing problems or gaining ground on new projects. 

There are tools out there, and people who use them well, and there are ways to invite the people and obtain the tools. That's our big takeaway!
