Welcome back, everyone, to the Hike’s Peak podcast, thank you for coming back to the mountain! As we close in on the end of the regular season, the contenders for the conference championship have begun to thin out. Boise State and Colorado State took care of business to stay atop the Mountain West standings, while Hawaii came back from the dead to stun Fresno State, take the Golden Screwdriver back, and all but end the Bulldogs conference championship hopes. We’ll dive into those three headlining contests, then we’ll see where the standings are currently. And of course, we’ll end the show with our preview of the game of the week, with Hawaii getting another chance at an upset at home versus a hungry UNLV squad.
