Hawks Head Coach Mike Budenholzer checks in with Rick and John to talk about the Hawks rough start to the 2017 Season. 

 Coach Bud talked about the effort of the Hawks last night and gave them credit for fighting back only to lose by 10. Mike told us he hasn’t changed the mantra of the team and what he tells the players. Bud talked about the shot selection of Dennis Schroder and how there is a lot of pressure on his shoulders to perform and carry the team. Coach Bud talked about the fine line of taking the tough shot and taking the right shot and how he and Dennis Schroder have sat down and talked about what he expects.

Mike explained the difficulties they will face when playing the Rockets and James Harden and what they will need to do to compete. Bud mentioned he was impressed seeing Ben Simons in person and describe what he saw from him on the court. Coach Bud mentioned his Dodgers losing last night to the Astro’s in 7 games of the World Series.
