For most of my life I have cared about what other people think of me. It's hard to admit this but I know in doing so, I hopefully can inspire another to recognize a similar pattern within themselves, so that they too can live a fully empowered life.

In this episode I take you on a journey from my childhood to today and share with you how patterns of thought and behavior (and childhood conditioning) have influenced me over the years. I more fully understand now, how I give my power away, what I need to do to keep it, and how I've been using it as a distraction when it comes to the realization of my own potential.
