This was a really fun episode that I had been waiting to do for awhile! I finally got to sit down with my brotha, Mr. Vincent Pena. Vince got his degree from Texas state university, and is currently a Middle School Choir director in San Antonio. This conversation was all over the place, but it was great! We talk about our time in college, our love for eating and cooking, the best food spots in the cities we’re from, and then he shedded some light on the current political climate. The dude is crazy smart, and we could have talked for another 5 hours without any effort. I hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I did having it!
