Hayden Humphrey is a life coach who helps uplift people and aid them in taking control of their life. Once a people-pleaser and unpassionate about his corporate roles in life, he dove deep into his internal to shake up the “foundation of his house” and make a “script” that he was passionate about living.

As Hayden mentions, we were all given a set of scripts  to live by as children. You learned about the world and about your place in it - without even questioning if it was right for you.

So, in helping himself, Hayden is now a coach that causes others to stop meandering with obscurity through life and start questioning, in order to truly start living.
