Hayley McGinley of Native Bread

Listen Later

Hayley is a very impressive lady and her company Native Bread is certainly headed for a long life as a great business in Indianapolis. She started Native Bread so to fill the void of artisan gluten-free bread and she has quickly gained a reputation for a great product.
She was nice enough to chat about the process and the challenges of baking gluten-free bread as well as the challenges of starting her own business. You will hear just how little I knew about this process at the beginning of this interview. Not entirely sure why I thought that yeast wasn’t involved in gluten-free bread, but I know better now. If you are gluten-free or know someone who is, you should check out her bread.
If you are interested in getting her bread for Thanksgiving you should follow her on social media. Since it freezes well you could also find it at the Indy Winter Farmers Market on Nov. 12th.

As always I hope you enjoy the episode. If you do please share with some friends on Facebook. You can find me on Facebook here.
